Fitness & Scholarship Luncheon!

We had a wonderful luncheon for June and learned so much from Jode with Thrive Fitness! There are so many myths out there about fitness and nutrition it was exciting to hear about what is.......and what isn't true! I am excited to start implementing what I learned! We also had our highschool scholarship recipients and we were so proud to hand out three this year! These gals are so motivated and hold so much promise for our future!
